Troubleshoot Tickets Not Printing

Answer

Ticket printing issues are typically caused by a power outage/power disruption OR due to a loose or broken cable.
 

  1. Unplug both cables (power and Ethernet) from the printer for 30 seconds, then plug them back in. Turn on the printer and retry printing.
  2. Confirm whether or not the issue is cable-related by testing with a cable that works correctly. Contact Customer Care if you need a new cable.
