Bilt: Key Features

    Bilt Rewards offers several benefits for dining at participating restaurants through their Bilt Dining program:

    • When an order is opened, the Bilt member who is dining will be able to view their itemized check in-app and settle the bill seamlessly at the end with Bilt points.
    • Bilt offers its members a base earning rate of two to three points per dollar.
    • Occasionally Bilt offers special promotions and bonuses, allowing members to earn more points for dining out.


    You can now easily integrate Bilt on Toast Web.

    Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to gain access to the Bilt integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

    Integration Setup & Onboarding: Bilt

    To complete the Integration, please follow the steps listed below:

     

    1. To enable Bilt with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
    2. Enter "Bilt" in the Search field and select Add Now.
      1. If you have multiple locations, please select the restaurants you would like to connect to Bilt. Finally, select Apply.
    3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
    4. After adding the integration in Toast Web, Bilt will be notified about the connection.
      1. Toast also recommends you reach out to the vendor/partner after adding a tile to confirm the receipt of your integration request.

    Onboarding Process

    After adding Bilt to Toast Partner Integrations, you will promptly receive an email to initiate the onboarding process this email will come from info@biltneighborhood.com.

    • Bilt will reach out within 48 hours of joining the platform.
