Get Started with Office Hours

Office Hours are live, hour-long virtual sessions where you can connect with Toast Trainers to have your questions addressed and receive personalized guidance and advice.  Sessions are offered multiple times a day, and customers simply pre-register and are assisted in the order they join.  Each attendee has dedicated time to ask their questions and receive tailored educational support, best practices, and advice across Toast products.  Many customers choose to stay for the full session to learn from the questions and experiences of others.

Office Hours: Offerings and Session Times

Office Hours are held twice daily, Monday–Thursday from 1:30–2:30 PM ET and 3:00–4:00 PM ET. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Sign up here

Office Hours: Frequently Asked Questions

Is this 1:1 training?

No, these sessions are conducted in a virtual 1:many format.  Each customer will receive approximately 5-7 minutes to ask their question and receive live guidance and advice.   
 

Is there a limit to the number of participants?

Yes, sessions are limited to 10 customers to ensure our trainers have adequate time to address all questions equally.
 

Can anyone join these sessions?

Yes! Customers at any stage of their journey are welcome to join as many sessions as needed.
 

Are these sessions for all Toast products?

Yes. Office Hours are available for questions on all Toast products.
 

Do participants need to stay for the entire session?

Questions are handled in the order participants join. Although we encourage joining at the start of the session, you may exit once your question has been addressed.
 

How are Office Hours different from Customer Support?

Office Hours takes a teach me approach, offering guidance to help you fine-tune your Toast configurations in an accessible, educational format. We’re not able to review your full setup, troubleshoot issues, or make changes to your configuration during these sessions.
