Lineup.ai Integration Key Features

Lineup.ai uses cutting-edge AI and machine learning to create dynamic forecasts. Customers can build schedules for their staff using the drag-and-drop feature. With real-time variables feeding into the forecasting algorithm, managers can spot changes quickly and update schedules as needed, deploying adjustments to staff instantly through email, the mobile app, or text messages.

 

Integrating Lineup.ai enables your historical and real-time data to flow into Lineup software to create accurate and dynamic sales and labor forecasts, broken down hourly and by channel. These predictions act as a visual guide when creating highly-efficient schedules using our drag-and-drop builder or a customized template that works best for you. Once complete, they feed directly into Toast POS and deploy to staff via text and email; any updates will also send notifications.

Enable the Lineup.ai Integration With Toast

  1. To enable Lineup.ai Toast, log in to Toast Web and navigate to the Integrations section using the left-hand navigation menu. Then, select Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
  2. Enter Lineup.ai  in the search field and select Add Now. 
    1. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.

  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.

Onboarding for Lineup.ai

We will ask any new customer to contact a Lineup.ai representative to enable the Toast integration with Lineup.ai. Lineup.ai uses Toast’s Partners API to pull the required locations and associated Orders, Labor, and Configuration data, set up user accounts, and generate forecasts. Onboarding can take one to two business days, depending on how many locations you have.
