Why are my DoorDash orders suddenly failing?
DoorDash recently updated its settings to use both delivery and takeout dining options for order fulfillment and reporting. For some of our earlier DoorDash direct integration customers, the DoorDash - Delivery dining option was not part of the initial setup.
To ensure your DoorDash orders continue to flow into Toast, you'll need to create a new dining option called DoorDash - Delivery and set its behavior to Delivery. Once this is done, your DoorDash order functionality should be restored. Please keep in mind that you won't be able to archive or delete this dining option.
