Note: If you don't have a company email address, you can still get access to the Toast Trust Center. Contact your Restaurant Success Manager (RSM) or Toast Customer Care to request access. Requests from personal email addresses can't be verified through the self-serve process.
What you'll accomplish: You get access to the Toast Trust Center and download the Toast third-party attestation reports you need, such as the SOC 2 Type II report or the PCI DSS Attestation of Compliance (AOC).
Note: If you are not yet a Toast customer, contact your Toast sales representative to request compliance reports.
The Toast Trust Center is where Toast shares its third-party security and compliance reports to active customers. You need approved access before you can download any report.
Expected outcome: A message confirms that your request was sent. Toast reviews your request to confirm that you are an active Toast customer. It takes about two business days for Toast to approve or deny your request. When your request is approved, you receive a welcome email from zentrova-trustcenter@toasttab.com.
Note: The welcome email from zentrova-trustcenter@toasttab.com is the official Toast Trust Center email. It contains a secure link to the Toast Trust Center.
After you receive the welcome email, create your login and download reports from the Toast Trust Center.
Expected outcome: A copy of the report is saved to your computer.
