Add Void Reasons

Follow these steps, or watch the video overview below on how to create void reasons to use on the POS:

1. In Toast Web, navigate to Payments > Transactions & refunds > Void reasons.
2. Select + Add at the bottom of the Void Reasons table.
3. Enter the Name and Description for your new void reason.
4. Select the checkbox to make the void reason Active.
5. Save and publish your changes.
