The warranty on your card reader purchased through Toast depends on what kind of reader it is. There is a 1-year warranty on:

• readers embedded in any generation of a Toast Go®
• P400
• V400m
• P630
• readers embedded in S1 handhelds

All other readers have a two-year warranty.

Basic Warranty Details

When you purchase a card reader hardware from Toast, it comes with a standard limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty ensures that your device is free from flaws in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover the damages that occur due to physical handling, misuse, accidents, or external factors.
