Change Your Restaurant's Image on the Toast Local App

Can I change Toast's image for my restaurant on the Toast Local app?

You can! Follow the steps below to upload or change the image used for your restaurant on the Toast Local app.

1.  Log in to Toast Web and navigate to Takeout & delivery > Toast order sources > Restaurant info.
2. Navigate to Logo and banner image and select +Upload image if you're uploading for the first time or Replace image. 
   
   1. Sizing information:
   • Logo: 230px by 230px and a maximum file size of 5 MB.
   • Banner: Minimum resolution 640px by 400px and maximum file size of 5 MB. 
   •  Note: The uploaded logo and banner will display on the top of the Toast App, online ordering, and loyalty sign-up.
     
      
     
     
3. Be sure to save and publish your changes.
   
   

Here is a list of best practice tips for selecting the photo that will have the most appeal and consistency. Remember, this photo is a chance to represent your atmosphere and promote your menu items. 
 

• The photo should be high resolution. If you can, use a photo taken with a device other than a smartphone. 
• A single featured food item that represents a top entree is ideal. 
• Please do not include alcohol in the photo. 
• Do not use filters or tinted images. 
• Please do not include servers or diners visible in images. 

Note: The thumbnail image that appears when guests browse a list of nearby restaurants on the Toast Local app uses the same Logo image configured above. If your restaurant's listing image still looks wrong after updating your Logo here, allow time for the change to propagate, or contact Customer Care.
