If you're looking to save your data before you close your Toast account, you can navigate to the Reports section of Toast Web and download the information you'd like to save. Almost all of the Toast reports have a download icon at the top right corner of the page. You can access data for the last 48 months, and you can filter a report for six months at a time.

When you close your Toast account, your data will be accessible for 60 days.

At this time, there is no singular export of your Toast data.
