Can I hide the browser on my POS device?

No, the browser on a POS device cannot be hidden.  The browser is needed for Toast Web and Toast-authorized sites. If you'd like to limit Toast Web access, you can see the Permissions Reference Guide. Note: Payments will automatically pause if non-supported or unauthorized apps and devices are on the terminal.
