Why are my credit card captures on hold?
Answer
If you receive the following error message, this is due to fraud/risk mitigation:
"Capturing payments: Captures are currently on hold for this restaurant, please try again later or contact Toast Support."
You should have received an email from the Fraud team, and should work with them directly via email to remove this error. If you do not see the email, please contact Toast Support for assistance.
