How to capture a screenshot of my digital signage display?

To get a screenshot of your current display, follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to the Players section of your dashboard.
2. Locate the specific player you want to check and select the Player Properties icon next to its name.
3. In the properties window, select the right arrow button ( > ) twice to reach the Diagnostics screen.
4. Once you are on the Diagnostics page, you will see a preview window of the player’s output.
5. Select Update.
6. The system will fetch a live snapshot from the player and refresh the image on your screen.
