Card Reader Not Recognized in Device Setup on Toast Go®

• My card reader appears greyed out and 'not recognized' in Device Setup, and it won't read cards. How do I fix this?

Please follow these steps:

1. Press the Switch user button.
2. Then, press the card reader button by the 7 on the passcode screen
3. This action prompts the card reader to wake up and be recognized by the Toast Go® device.

Card reader has gone to sleep after some time.
