Update How Tax Rates Display on Receipts

How can I change the way tax rates are displayed on my receipts?

There are several options for displaying tax rates on receipts. Configure the setting you'd like by following the steps below:

1. In Toast Web, navigate to Front of house > Order screen setup > UI options.
2. Scroll down to the Tax options section and select one of the two options for the Receipt tax options
   1. For Layout:
      1. Separate lines will itemize each rate on the receipt.
      2. One line will consolidate any taxes into a single line on the receipt. If you select this option, an additional field will show to allow you to customize the label for this line.
   2. The Label will start the tax line on your receipts (e.g., 'Tax' or 'State & Local Tax')
3. Save and publish your changes.
