Troubleshooting for Toast Router Cellular 

I purchased the Toast Router cellular subscription, but it is not working.

  • Added after setup: If the subscription was added after your device was already online, it should activate within about 30 minutes.
  • Added during purchase: If the subscription was included when you purchased the device, activation will complete within 24 hours of the router first coming online.

Rebooting your device during this activation window won’t affect the process, so there’s no need to restart it.

I lost the cellular antenna for my Toast Router. How do I get a replacement?

Replacement cellular antennae for the Toast Router can be purchased on Amazon. Model number for the Toast Router is PC61C4.

 

How do I know my Toast Router is using cellular?

If your Toast Router is using cellular, the indicator light (second from left) will display the following: 

 

Indicator light colorStatus
White
  • Wired connection active (online)
  • Cellular connection active (online).
Green
  • Wired connection active (online).
  • Cellular connection is inactive (offline).
Blue
  • Wire connection inactive (offline).
  • Cellular connection active (online)

 

I misplaced my SIM card for my Toast Router. How do I get another?
