If you receive a 500 error when logging into Toast Web, your access may no longer be available, or your invitation to access Toast Web may have expired. Check with someone who has access to determine your status by navigating to Employees > Employee management > Employees.
If your invitation to access Toast Web needs to be resent, hover over the Expired icon and select Resend invitation.
If you receive a 500 error on your online ordering page, this likely means that there is an issue with your URL. To review your online ordering link, see Find Your Online Ordering Link. If you didn’t recently change your URL or attempt to connect a domain, please contact Customer Care for further assistance.
