If you receive the Cannot Process Payroll error message, first check your Toast Payroll account status:

1. Log into your Toast Payroll account and navigate to Payroll.
2. Look for the status of your Toast Payroll account. If it says Cannot Process Payroll or displays an Inactive status when it should be active, please contact Toast Payroll support immediately.
