Workforce Integration Features

Workforce.com simplifies hospitality operations by unifying HR, digital onboarding, automated timesheets, built-in payroll, and demand-driven scheduling into a single platform. Through its direct integration with Toast POS, operators can pull live sales data directly into reporting dashboards. This provides real-time visibility into labor-to-sales ratios, allowing managers to control labor costs, ensure compliance, and make smarter shift-by-shift staffing decisions.

Enable Workforce Integration With Toast

To enable Workforce integration with Toast, follow these steps:

 

  1. To enable Workforce with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
  2. Enter Workforce in the search field and select Add Now.
    1. If you have multiple locations, please select the restaurants you would like to connect to Workforce. Finally, select Apply.
    2. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions, and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
  4. Once you select Add Now on the Workforce tile in Toast Web, you will select which restaurant(s) you would like to connect to your Workforce account, and select Apply
  5. After you select Apply, you will be forwarded to a confirmation screen.
  6. After adding the integration in Toast Web, the Workforce team will reach out to you directly to start your account setup and onboarding if you have yet to create your Workforce account.
