Rhombus Integration Setup Process

  1. Confirm access and review Rhombus integration details
    1. Verify that your restaurant has access to Toast Partner Integrations. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
      1. Review how Rhombus provides cloud-based security with transaction visibility and alerts.
        1. Confirm this integration meets your business needs.

  2. Add the Rhombus integration in Toast Web
    1. Log in to Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
      1. Search for Rhombus and select Add Now.
        1. Select applicable restaurant locations and choose Apply.
    2. Confirm data scope visibility terms and select Confirm.
      1. Proceed once the terms are accepted.
        1. Integration will be added to selected locations.

  3. Complete setup, onboarding, and support follow-up
    1. Confirm that the Rhombus onboarding team reaches out after the integration is added.
      1. Follow the onboarding instructions provided by Rhombus.
        1. Typical setup completes within 48 hours.
    2. Contact Rhombus to verify integration activation.
