GoParrot and Toast Status

Toast has been partnered with GoParrot since 2020 to offer our restaurants a seamless online ordering system for pickups and deliveries. However, the GoParrot integration is no longer available for new Toast customers. If you're looking for online ordering capabilities, we can help you find another great integration partner. Let us know what features are crucial for your restaurant (for example, needing a custom-branded app), and we'll guide you to the best alternative.

 

For our current customers using the GoParrot integration, please know that Toast is committed to supporting you for as long as GoParrot continues to allow.

    • Set Up Your Pop Menu With Toast
      1. In MyPop, navigate to Ordering > Ordering Settings > Settings (on the location) > Payment.
      2. Scroll down to Toast Revenue Centers and select Select Revenue Centers.
      3. Select the Toast revenue centers that you would like Pickup & Delivery orders to use (you can use the same Toast revenue center for both pickup & delivery).
      4. When finished, select the Select Revenue Centers red button.
      5. Repeat these steps for each location.
        • If you’re still unable to see any revenue center, follow these steps:
            1. In MyPop, at the top of the Payment settings page, select the red Refresh button.
            2. Wait three to eight minutes.
            3. Select the refresh button on your browser to refresh the Payment settings page.
            4. Try adding your revenue centers again.
            5. If the problem persists, check Toast Web to ensure the revenue center was created, saved, and published.
            6. Repeat these steps after publishing a new revenue center in Toast if it was not published.
