See key guest trends like repeat visits, average check size, and retention rate—all in one place with Guest Insights.
The Guest Insights feature will show key trends from individual guest visits, such as new vs. repeat guests, average check size, retention rate, and more—all in one place.
To access Guest Insights, log in to Toast Web and navigate to Guests > Insights > Guest Insights.
Spend per guest displays the Average guest spend and the New guest spend within the selected date range.
The Guest Insights Retention Rate displays the percentage of guests who returned and placed another order within the selected date range.
The Guest Insights Time to Return metric displays the time it takes for a guest to return and place another order.
Guest Insights Order Volume and Frequency displays the average order per guest and the average order frequency over the selected date range.
