To disable the special request price entry field that is displayed on your POS order screen, follow these steps:

 

  1. In Toast Web, navigate to Front of house > Order screen setup.
  2. Then, toggle the Special request price entry setting to the OFF position to disable it.
  3. Save and publish your changes.
