How do I clear closed checks from the Payment Terminal?

Question

I see lots of closed orders from past dates. Can I remove them from the POS?

Answer

  1. On the passcode screen of your Toast device, select the three dots (overflow menu) in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Clear Closed Orders.
  3. This should be repeated on any affected device.
