How do I enter a reservation without entering a phone number?

When making reservations with Toast Tables, you might notice different requirements for phone numbers depending on how the reservation is created:

• For Guests Booking Online:
  • A phone number is a required field when guests make a reservation through your online booking page. This helps ensure successful communication regarding their booking.
• For In-House Reservations (by a Host):
  • While phone numbers are typically preferred, the host has flexibility. If you're creating an in-house reservation and the provided phone number seems incorrect or is unavailable, the system allows the host to bypass this field. You might see an error message initially, but the reservation can still be completed without a phone number in this specific scenario.

Note: Only In-House reservations can bypass the phone number requirement.
