How do I restrict POS access to time clock-only?

• How do I set up an employee so that they only have the ability to clock in and out?
• How do I limit POS access to strictly time clock functionality?

For some employees, you may want to limit their POS access strictly to time clock functionality:

1. In Toast Web, navigate to the employee's profile and select the Jobs & Permissions tab.
2. In the Permissions section, disable all POS Access permissions (permissions 1.1 - 1.20).
3. Save and publish all changes.
