How do I see number of guests per server in a certain time period?
Where can I view the numbers of guests servers served during their shifts?
Answer
The Sales Summary report can be filtered by employee to show the number of guests served during a certain time period.
In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Sales > Sales summary.
Select your desired date range, and select an employee from the report filters at the top of the page.
Scroll down to the Service Mode Summary card, where you'll find information such as number of guests and total spend per guest for the selected report parameters.
Adjust the Employee filter as needed to compare number of guests for each server.
