Update Menu Visibility on OpenTable

How do I update menu visibility on OpenTable? There's a menu I want to make available, but it's not showing up.

1. Ensure that the menu(s) you'd like to be made available through OpenTable have the Online ordering partners toggled on for the applicable menus.
