Get Help With Stuck POS Screen Orientation

• I can't seem to enable "Portrait Mode" on my Toast POS order screen. Why is that so?
• My Toast POS screen is stuck in portrait orientation, how do I fix it?

Currently, Toast POS does not support Portrait Mode on most screens including the Order Screen. However, you can continue to view your Order screen in Landscape Mode.

If your screen is incorrectly stuck in portrait orientation, you can resolve this by updating your device's Display Size settings.

1. Navigate to Android Settings via the gear icon.
2. Select Accessibility.
3. Select Display Size.
4. Ensure the Display Size is always set to Default.
