Question

How do I prevent receipts from printing for all online orders?

Answer

  1. In Toast Web, navigate to Takeout & delivery > Ordering setup > Takeout/delivery, and scroll down to the Receipt Printing section.
  2. To stop receipts from printing, make sure that both Merchant Copy and Customer Copy are deselected for the Payment Receipts setting.
  3. Save and publish your changes.
