What will guests see on their POS if a Mobile Dining Solutions (MDS)/scan-to-pay payment transaction fails?

Answer

If a scan-to-pay payment is declined, your POS will show an error message on the screen.

 

Simply ask the guest for a different payment method to complete the sale.
