You can double-tap anywhere on the ticket to quickly fulfill an order. If you single-tap a ticket, you'll also have the option to select Fulfill.

Some restaurants prefer to fulfill individual items on a ticket as they're ready, similar to checking items off a list. With Individual Item Tickets enabled, you can also manually print an order ticket or individual item tickets at an Expo. These printed tickets can be used for packaging and running orders while your KDS is displaying each item as individual tickets.
If you want the ability fulfill individual items on tickets, follow these steps:

Fulfilled items on a ticket will have a green checkmark next to them.
If a ticket is bumped from the expo or prep station screen before it’s completed, it will need to be unfulfilled.
The ticket will return to the lineup in order of the time it was originally placed.
Note: The Unfulfill button won't be visible in the top-right corner if is enabled. If your expediter uses individual item fulfillment, see the instructions in the next section of this article.

Note: To unfulfill an entire ticket, highlight all items on a ticket by selecting Select all and then selecting the Unfulfill button.
Restaurants using KDS can unfulfill a ticket by double-tapping while still maintaining the ability to double-tap to fulfill. Enabling this feature will allow you to quickly revert a fulfilled ticket to unfulfilled status with two taps on the screen.
Note: This setting is a device-specific configuration. When a setting is adjusted on one device, it won't affect any other device(s).
Want to give the chef even more insight into how the kitchen is running? Enable the average fulfillment timer on the KDS. Instead of reviewing the kitchen fulfillment times in the back office, a chef can see how a kitchen is performing in real-time and use that information to make adjustments. Enabling this timer will show the average fulfillment time in the top left corner of the KDS expediter or prep station screen. Seeing this time can provide real-time data that can help improve specific areas of the kitchen.
The average times will be shown in the top-left corner of the KDS device.
