How do I locate a chargeback in Toast Web? 

Answer

To locate a chargeback in Toast Web, follow the steps below:
  1. Log in to Toast Web and navigate to Payments > Transactions & refunds > Chargeback challenger. 
  2. Chargebacks will appear in a table with the following statuses: total amount ($), reason, check date, and deadline. 
Note: To view and action on chargebacks, the 3.0 Manager permission is needed for users to access the chargeback challenger in Toast Web. For more information, check out our Permissions Reference Guide.
