Learn how to leverage the Loyalty Insights Dashboard in Toast Web to help help otpimize the performance of your Toast Loyalty program.
A Loyalty Dashboard provides insights into the value and performance of the Toast Loyalty program. To access the Loyalty insights dashboard in Toast Web, navigate to Marketing > Loyalty > Loyalty Insights. On the dashboard, you will be able to view the following:

| Loyalty Orders Share | Loyalty orders share is the percentage of total orders that are loyalty orders over the past 30 days |
| Spend Amount | The spend amount is the average amount spent by loyalty guests per order over the last 30 days. |
| Sign-ups | Number of new loyalty program signups over the last 30 days |
| Redemption | Number of loyalty rewards redeemed over the last 30 days |
| Overall profitability | This section outlines the total discount amount of loyalty rewards honored and total loyalty member net sales in the period |
| Retention Rate | Percentage of guests who returned and placed another order in the selected date range |
| Reward Performance | Displays all reward redemption data for the last 30 days |
| Top Loyalty Spenders | Top loyalty members by their total loyalty amount spent in the last 30 days, alongside their average spend |
| Top Loyalty Visitors | Top loyalty members by how frequently they have visited your restaurant in the last 30 days |
