Toast Payroll: Employee Detail and Payroll Register Report

Does Toast offer payroll register reports?

Yes. On the Review and Submit step and the Confirmation step (after submitting payroll), you can locate the Employee Detail Report. Keep in mind that once the report is opened, the report will display the Payroll Register Report on top as its title. This report can be downloaded once the payroll has been calculated or after payroll is submitted. For payrolls that have already been posted, you can view this report by navigating to Payroll > Past Payrolls > View. You can also use Toast IQ in Toast Web to quickly get different looks at your payroll. Try asking it things like "List out each employees total net payroll earnings for all payrolls from July through December last year." Read  to learn more about Toast IQ.
