Repeat Returns is a Toast preferred partner integration, enabling your restaurant to have an auto-pilot marketing, loyalty, and rewards program for your guests. Leveraging Toast’s guest data, Repeat Returns's machine learning-based system engages with guests to maximize spend, and at no cost to restaurateurs.

Repeat Returns is a one-stop shop for marketing, loyalty, and gift cards, which helps your restaurant unlock hidden data from your guests to maximize guest returns and engagement, and maximize each guest's unique spend potential. Repeat Returns is purpose-built for restaurants, and allows regular Toast operations to amplify your restaurant’s success at no additional time expenditure to the customers. Guests can be added to loyalty and gift card programs, check accounts, and more, directly within Toast POS.

To configure Repeat Returns:
Once you contact the Repeat Returns team, both existing and new Repeat Returns customers will usually have full onboarding resolution within 5-7 business days. After go-live, Repeat Returns provides a 100-day coaching process to ensure you have guidance and success with your integration.
The Repeat Returns onboarding process typically takes 5-7 days, depending on your responsiveness and back-end setup needs. The Repeat Returns onboarding flow consists of four steps:

Note: If your restaurant is in a Gift Card/Loyalty Program group, this means the gift card settings will be centralized for the entire group. As only one gift card provider can be enabled for a program group at a time, you may need to be removed from your Gift Card/Loyalty Program group if the location's requested gift card/loyalty provider is different.
