How do I change the minimum order amount for a customer signature on the receipt?

When digital receipts are enabled, you may want to set up a minimum order amount, before prompting the customer to sign. If enabled, ONLY guests with orders that exceed this amount will be required to sign for their credit card purchase. This is most common for counter service restaurants with, generally, small check amounts, such as coffee shops.

1. In Toast Web, navigate to Payments > Payment methods > Payment options.
2. Scroll down to the Credit section, and enter your desired minimum for Signature Threshold and Print Receipt Threshold. Transactions lower than these amounts will not be prompted for a signature when digital receipts are turned on.
3. Save and publish your changes.
