How can I submit a request for SVS Onboarding?

Answer

The SVS Gift Card Integration has different onboarding paths depending on whether your restaurant(s) are a small business, Multi-Management, or Enterprise account within Toast. 

 

  • Multi-Management or Enterprise groups must contact Toast Customer Care to help with the onboarding for SVS, as it contains additional steps that will require their assistance. 
  • Small Business accounts that do not fall under Multi-Management or Enterprise must submit an SVS Onboarding request through this form.

 

Note: Any location adding the SVS integration will be required to have the Toast Restaurant Management Suite. If the location does not currently have this subscription, it can be added through the Toast Shop.
