Set an Item’s Pricing Strategy to Menu-Specific Pricing

• How do I set an item's pricing option to menu-specific pricing (MSP) using the price editor?
• My menu items won't convert to the menu-specific pricing (MSP) strategy. How do I resolve this?

In order to update items to menu-specific pricing (MSP), all items MUST be set to the base price. No other pricing method can be used on items in order to use the bulk change feature in the Price editor. Ensure that all items are set to base price before trying to convert them to MSP.

If any items are set to any other pricing structure such as time-specific pricing, open price, size price, or location-specific pricing (Toast Multilocation Management only), you will not be able to convert them to MSP.
