For customers that require per-card reader tip configurations or a combination of different tip types, you can the Use Toast Tips option on your S1 Handheld POS or Toast Flex in Device Setup. After doing so, please contact Toast support for help with specific payment processor configurations to meet your unique tipping needs.

If you notice that there are four suggested tip amounts on your online ordering page, but only see three options that can be edited on the UI options page, follow these steps:
If you have a new device that isn't showing tipping options, you may have mirrored this device with another device that was configured not to show tipping. You can turn off forced mirroring on the original device by following these steps:

Please follow the steps if you want to configure the number of tip amount options shown to guests when they're paying for their order, and/or if tip options are not available with Online Ordering.
