Suggested Tip Amount Does Not Match

What do I do if the suggested tip amounts do not match across receipts, online ordering, or the Guest-Facing Display?

Sometimes when adjusting the Suggested Tip Amount, it won't automatically reflect on receipts, online or on the guest-facing display (GFD).

To adjust these settings in Toast Web to reflect correctly:

1. Navigate to Payments > Payment methods > Payment options.
2. Toggle the Tip & Signature UI setting to whatever option is not currently selected.
3. Save and publish.
4. Navigate to Front of house > Order screen setup > UI options.
5. Update the Tip Amounts to the correct amounts.
6. Save and publish.
7. Go back to Payments > Payment methods > Payment options.
8. Toggle the Tip & Signature UI setting back to original configuration
9. Save and publish.
