Switch Between Restaurant Locations

  • How can I access and switch between restaurant locations?
  • We have multiple restaurant locations, how do I log in and switch between these locations on my POS?

Answer

In order to access another restaurant location, you must log out from your account. Once logged out, your device will be locked until a valid email address and password are entered. Before attempting the steps described below, ensure that you have the necessary login details.

 

To log in to another restaurant location on your device, follow these steps:

  1. Select the three dot icon in the top right corner of the screen.
    1. If you’re on the Passcode screen, enter your passcode, then select the Go button.
  2. Next, select Switch User.
    1. If you do not see this option, select the button with the intertwining arrows. This should take you to the Passcode screen.
  4. Select the three dot icon in the top right corner.
  5. Select Logout.
  6. Now enter your username and password for the location that you are logging into.
  7. Select Log In.
  8. From the restaurant location list, select the location that you wish to log in to.
