  • Tickets are printing to every printer. How can I fix this?

Answer

If there are no prep stations selected, tickets will be routed to all printers for printing.

 

Follow these steps to resolve this:

  1. In Toast Web, navigate to Menu > Bulk Management > select Advanced Properties.
  2. Ensure that you select a prep station. Otherwise, tickets will be routed to all printers.
