Log Into Toast Advocates

As of March 2026, the Toast Referral program has transitioned to Toast Advocates. Advocates can use this new portal to submit referrals, track their progress, and earn referral bonuses when the referred location goes live with Toast. If you have any questions, use this help form and someone from the Toast Advocacy team will be in contact shortly.

1. Navigate to the Toast Advocates login page.
   1. If you have not referred a new business to Toast before, select Register to sign up.
   2. If you're a Toast customer who has logged in to the referral platform in the past:
      1. Are you using the same email and password you log into Toast with?
         1. Navigate to advocates.toasttab.com.
         2. Select Sign in with Toast.
         3. Log in with your Toast email address and Password.
      2. Are you using a different email and password than you log into Toast with?
         1. Locate the You're invited to Toast Advocates! email with instructions to access the portal.
         2. Select the link in the email, login with your existing Toast Username (email address) and Password, and reset your password when asked to do so.
         3. If you'd like to consolidate your non-Toast and your Toast credentials for the Toast Advocates platform, fill out the help form.
   3. If you're a partner advocate who doesn't use Toast, but has used the referral portal before:
      1. Locate the You're invited to Toast Advocates! email with instructions to access the portal.
      2. Select the link in the email, login with your existing Username (email address) and Password, and reset your password when asked to do so.

If you receive an error while trying to log into the Toast Advocates referral platform, check your email and select the link in the You're invited to Toast Advocates! email to begin with these instructions.
