Where can I find how many guests we have for the day for Toast Tables™?

Answer

To view the total number of guests (covers) expected on Toast Tables™—rather than just the number of reservations—use the Bookings report in Toast Web:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Reservations & Waitlist > Bookings.
  2. Filter by your desired date or date range (past or future).
  3. Review the total guest count (covers) to see how many guests are reserved for the evening.
