Toast Web Navigation: Guest Hub

• What is the new Guests section for in Toast Web?

In the left side menu of your Toast Web account, you will see a section called Guests. The Guest Hub houses all of your guest insights including your guestbook, guest feedback inbox, and guest feedback reports allowing you to know your guests deeply, communicate with them effectively and optimize their experience all in one convenient location.

In the Guest Hub you can:

• Gain key insight into your guest activity through  Aggregated Guest Insights 
• Deliver and automate opportunities with Guestbook 
• Identify key guest feedback trends and at the individual level so you can optimize your business based on the feedback you receive
• Communicate with guests directly regarding feedback or support needed
