Resubscribe a Guest to an Email Campaign List

How do I resubscribe a guest who was unsubscribed from email campaign emails? 

Answer

If a guest has previously unsubscribed and wants to receive your emails again, you can easily resubscribe them using our special subscription link.

 

Follow these steps below to resubscribe:

  1. In Toast Web, navigate to Takeout and Delivery.
  2. Under Toast Order Sources, select Restaurant Info.
  3. Under the Share Your Public Links section, select Email Marketing.
  4. Enter the email address that needs to be resubscribed and then select Submit.

Additional Information

If you try to add them via Marketing > Email Marketing > Subscribers, it will NOT work.
