Learn how to set up the Up 'n go integration with Toast.

Up 'n go is a payments and analytics platform that provides an easy, reliable, payment flow, helping restaurants turn table tables quicker, resulting in increased revenue.

Up 'n go Integration Overview 

Up 'n go provides a pay-at-table solution through QR code-based contactless methods to help restaurants turn tables quicker, increase staff efficiency, and gain valuable guest insight with post-payment surveys. Leveraging Toast’s labor and order data, Up 'n go also offers marketing benefits through loyalty sign-ups, social follows, email connections, reservation management, and driving return visits from guests. 

You can now easily integrate Up 'n go on Toast Web.

Up 'n go Integration Setup & Onboarding 

To complete the integration process, please follow the steps listed below:

  1. To enable Up 'n go with Toast, log in to Toast Web and navigate to the Integrations section using the left-hand navigation menu. Then, select Integrations Management> Browse & purchase integrations.
  2. Enter Up 'n go in the Search field and select Add Now
    1. If you have multiple locations, please select the restaurants you would like to connect to Up 'n go. Finally, select Apply.
    2. Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to gain access to the Up 'n go integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
  3. Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
  4. After adding the integration in Toast Web, an Up 'n go Sales Manager will contact you directly within 24 hours.
    1. Toast also recommends you reach out to the vendor/partner after adding a tile to confirm the receipt of your integration request.

 

Note: While timelines can vary, once the integration tile is added and the Up 'n go Team has reached out, onboarding and setup are usually completed within three to seven days.
