View Monthly Statements

How can I view and download my monthly credit card processing statements from Toast?

To view and download your monthly credit card statements from Toast please follow the steps below:
 

1. In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Payments > Processing statements.
2. Adjust the date range and location to pull the desired statement. Select Update.
3. The Statement Date reflects the end date for a monthly period. To download and view the statement, select the download icon (down arrow) in the far left column.

The Processing statements report is limited to a date range within the last 25 months and cannot be longer than six months. To run the report for a period longer than six months, split your custom time filter into six-month increments and run the report more than once. If you would like to obtain a credit card statement report that is older than 25 months, please contact Customer Care via the Toast Now app.

If you're looking for primary account ACH activity such as withdrawals or deposits, navigate to the Daily Credit Card Activity tab for an overview. These debits and credits will match the software fees and ACH transfers from the downloaded monthly statement.
