If you experience issues logging in to your Sling account, several common scenarios may be the cause. This guide outlines those scenarios and how to resolve them.
Login issues typically relate to account status, invitation setup, email verification, or integration access. Review the sections below to identify and resolve your issue.
Your profile may have been deactivated by a manager or admin. When a profile is deactivated, you will no longer be able to log into Sling or access team schedules.
First-time users must receive an invitation from their organization’s Sling admin to access the account. Without the invite, you cannot log in or create an account.
If you are prompted to verify your email but did not receive a verification link, your account setup may be incomplete.
If you receive a message indicating that you are "not part of a team", your profile may not be linked to your organization.
If you cannot log in after leaving a job, your previous employer may have deactivated your profile.
If you reset your password but still cannot log in, your profile may be inactive.
If you access Sling through Toast, note that a MyToast invitation does not automatically grant access to Sling.
